Week 1 – Stabilise & Rebuild

Action: We reviewed every campaign, flagged the inefficiencies, and clearly mapped how to hit their stretch goals. We stopped the wasted spend, rebuilt the account structure, set up weekly WIPs, and secured access to their full promo calendar so we could move with speed and clarity.

  • Revenue was up 270% MoM
  • New customers were up 122% MoM
  • November’s stretch target was met halfway through the month
  • The brand recorded their best month on record – with BFCM still to come
